Photo ID Access Card Reservations

Residents in need of a ICP Photo ID Access Card card may book a reservation with the Association office by using the links below.

Passport Access Cards are $25 per person, and will only be distributed to registered residents of the community.  

To be a registered resident you must be listed on the Property Deed, or have a government issued ID (this includes a marriage license), with an Isles of Collier Preserve address, or have doccumentation as a designated person of an LLC, Corporation or a Trust.

You may pay for your Photo ID Access Card card via credit card through the reservation.

Cash payments will not be accepted.

In case of a lost Photo ID Access Card and immediate replacement is needed, please contact the office by phone at 239.732.0842 or by email - ICP@fsresidential.com

Simply follow the instructions:

Step 1: Select your day. (appointment selections are shown for up to two weeks in advance).

Step 2: Reserve a timeslot.

Step 3: You will receive an email confirmation once your timeslot is confirmed.  

Step 4: Please arrive five minutes early to fill out any required forms.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • We ask that you please book your appointment one week in advance.

  • You may book separate appointments for your household if needed. Residents within your household that cannot attend with you, must login using their community website username and password.

  • Residents will receive an email confirmation email once their appointment has been scheduled.

  • Three residents max per household are allowed per each appointment. Additional resident in the household may log in and book an additional appointment.

  • Please bring your Government issued ID and/or documentation.

  • Only registered ICP residents will be permitted to obtain Access Cards. No additional cards will be issued.

  • Passport Access Cards will cost $25 each.

  • Yes. If you are a registered renter with the association, with a copy of the current lease agreement on file. Your name must be listed on the lease agreement for the property, and you must also present a government issued I.D.

  • Yes, and is used as your resident identification.

  • No. Photo ID Access Cards are used for resident identification and amenity access only.
