Michelle joins us with a wealth of experience in property management, having over 20 years in operations, event planning, and marketing communications.

Notably, Michelle played a key role in the successful transition from Developer to resident control at her previous community.

Her international background, having moved from England to the United States in 2007, adds a global perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and exploring new destinations.

Ian Adendorff joins the team as our new Community Appearance Coordinator for the Isles of Collier Preserve.

A native of South Africa, Ian moved to the Naples area in 2016 and has been in the landscaping business locally for over 5 years.

In his spare time Ian enjoys fitness and rugby.
