What is a Monthly pass? How does it work?
· A monthly shuttle pass is currently offered to residents only. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or other residents or guests.
· Passes may be purchased up to three months in advance and transportation may be booked up to two weeks in advance.
· It may take up to one full business day for the monthly pass to be activated on your account so that you may book your daily reservations, please buy your monthly passes in advance.
· Reservations via the booking page are required to ensure your seat on the shuttle. Round trips must be booked to complete the transportation booking.
· The Monthly passes are effective the first of the month through the last day of the month.
· There is no roll over use if the pass is not utilized by the owner.
· Limited to only one round-trip per day.
· A resident may cancel their daily round trip reservation via the link in their email confirmation. There is no restrictions on cancellations done in advance.
· No shows without proper advance on-line cancellation will be monitored and may result in a loss of privileges.
· Monthly shuttle passes are non-refundable.
· Shuttle Company reserves the right to halt service due to weather conditions.
