Latitude Margaritaville is committed to giving back to the greater community. The Latitude at WaterSound Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation established exclusively to promote cultural, scientific, literary, educational, recreational, environmental, community initiatives and community programs, conservation and charitable purposes through scientific, literary, educational or charitable organizations.

The Foundation was created for our community located in Latitude Margaritaville at WaterSound, South Walton County, Florida. The Foundation will be funded through the collection of a fee (“Fee”) of $100 from all the residents in the community. The Fee shall be collected upon the initial sale of the Real Property, matched by Minto Communities, USA and on every subsequent resale and transfer of Real Property.

Submittal for the application for funds are to be to be mailed to the Foundation to the address on the application. Applications should be submitted no later than by September 1st every year. A maximum donations of up to $5,000 will be considered for each auxiliary.
